Jurnal Studi Agama dan Masyarakat is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Palangka Raya, Indonesia. The journal publishes research articles on religious studies in general and specifically on Borneo. (See Focus and Scope). The articles of this journal are published bi-annually; June and December.

This journal was first published in 2004 with a printed version, and then in 2015 came an online version from publication Vol 11 No. 1. Jurnal Studi Agama dan Masyarakat has been registered with CrossRef. All articles published by Jurnal Studi Agama dan Masyarakat have a DOI number. Jurnal Studi Agama dan Masyarakat is also indexed by Sinta, DOAJ, Dimensions, Index Copernicus International (ICI), Garuda, Moraref, and more indexing please go here. In 2018, Jurnal Studi Agama dan Masyarakat was accredited by the Decree of the General Director of Strengthening Research and Development, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia Sinta 3. In 2025, the accreditation has increased to Sinta 2.
