Al-Ta'rib : Jurnal Ilmiah Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab IAIN Palangka Raya (ISSN 2354-5887 and E-ISSN 2655-5867) is a peer-reviewed open-access journal and follows a double-blind review policy. This journal is published by the Arabic Education Department (PBA), the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (FTIK), State Islamic Institut (IAIN) of Palangka Raya, in partnership with IMLA (Association of Arabic Lecturers) & PPJKBA Indonesia (Perkumpulan Pengelola Jurnal Kajian Bahasa Arab).
The Journal has been indexed on DOAJ, and ACCREDITED (SINTA 2) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, & Teknologi, Kemendikbudristek, Indonesia, dated 30 December 2022, the Decree Number 230/E/KPT/2022, and effective until 2027.
The scope of Al-Ta'rib addresses Arabic Language Teaching (ALT) areas in the context of Arabic as a foreign and second language, such as:
- ALT pedagogy
- ALT and learning resources
- ALT and teacher professional development
- Innovation in ALT
- Language assessment
- Technology-based ALT
- Literacy education in ALT
The official language of the manuscript to be published in the Al-Ta'rib journal is multilingual (English and Arabic). All articles published by Al-Ta'rib will have a unique DOI number.
